Really useful breakdown of what's actually going on under the hood. I set up a similar folder-based agent in Claude Code to handle the weekly content and SEO chores for my side project, Mee Manga Translator (https://mangatranslator.me). The instruction-file approach has been a game changer for keeping context small and predictable.
the behind the scenes one? its not supposed to be legible really as its a ton of notes, scribbles etc that all contribute to what i ended up writing. curious why you'd be interested to see that?
Yes, i was just curious about your process and what you needed to set up to create a post.
I make a lot of educational stuff with what I do, so what I was kind of curious to see what was raw, and how much info went into making the post, as well as how that shaped post and its visuals.
I also haven't messed with tldraw. I was curious to kind of see what it looks like, as it's on the list of things to eventually understand and figure out.
If its just notes and what not, i am thinking it may be more beneficial to jump in and try TLDRAW myself to see how it works out.

Same. The reason why would be to see, as you said, how the post came together (and learn from it.)
It's really cool to get a peak into someone's process. Most people only show the polished end state.
